Neutral Citation No. ( 2026:JHHC:13572 ) IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI Cr. Revision No. 396 of 2026 Gudal Shekh @ Sarukh Khan ... … Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand ... … Opposite Party --------- CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY --------- For the Petitioner : Mr. Sudhansu Kr. Deo, Advocate For the State : Ms. Sushma Aind, APP --------- 02 /06.05.2026 Heard Mr. Sudhansu Kumar Deo, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. This application is directed against the judgment dated 15.01.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Children Court, Deoghar in Criminal (Juvenile Bail) Appeal No. 01 of 2026, whereby and whereunder the order dated 15.12.2025 passed by the learned Principal Magistrate I/c, Juvenile Justice Board, Deoghar in connection with Pathrol P.S. Case No. 111 of 2025 rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner, has been affirmed. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in observation home since 10.05.2025. It has further been submitted that the medical report does not support the factum of allegations levelled against the petitioner. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. It appears from the allegations that the five years old daughter of the informant had complained about the petitioner of removing her panty and committing aggravated sexual assault upon the victim. Regard being had to the nature of the offence and the fact that the victim is aged 5 years, I am not inclined to entertain this application, which is accordingly, dismissed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.)
