This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for granting of Page No.# 2/2 bail to the accused applicant namely, Amin Ali in connection with Morigaon PS Case No. 110/2026 under Section 305(e)/3(5) of the BNS,2023. 2. The learned Addl.Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet has been submitted in the case vide CS No. 98/2026 dated 31.07.2026. 3. The learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that in view of the submission of charge sheet, the accused applicant should be given liberty to appear before the learned trial court for appropriate relief. 4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant bail application is disposed with liberty to the accused applicant to appear before the learned jurisdictional court for appropriate relief. 5.
