JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, though the limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of suit in O.S.No.1058/2024 as expeditiously as possible, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application – I.A.No.6 filed by the petitioner – Bank seeking rejection of the plaint is pending consideration before the Trial Court, which has posted the matter to 18.02.2026 and the present petition may be disposed of by directing the Trial Court to pass appropriate orders on the said application within a stipulated time frame. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8758 WP No. 4139 of 2026 2. The said submission is placed on record. 3. Accordingly, the Trial Court, before whom of I.A.No.6 filed in O.S.No.1058/2024 is pending is directed to dispose of the said application, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from 18.02.2026. 4. The parties are directed to co-operate with the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the application. 5. All rival contentions on all aspects of the matter are kept/left open and no opinion is expressed on merits/demerits of the rival contentions. 6.
