Kasat, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has tendered across the Bar a pursis, indicating the present status of the demolition process. Taken on record. 3. Mr. J.B. Kasat seeks two days' time to place on record the details as to why the structure could not be demolished as assured and to justify the grant of further time to demolish the structure. Time granted. 4. We expect the officials of the Corporation to thoroughly examine the issues and put forth a concrete proposal for the demolition/removal of the structure as ordered on 10.02.2026, followed by subsequent orders, the last of which is the order dated 17.06.2026.
