There is a delay of 16 days in filing the revision application. The applicant has stated that the said delay was neither intentional nor deliberate, but was occasioned due to circumstances beyond the applicant’s control. The applicant has, therefore, prayed that the delay of 16 days in filing the revision application be condoned in the interest of justice. 5. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 16 days in filing the revision application is condoned. 6. Criminal application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. 7.
