The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khelari P.S. Case No. 09 of 2026, registered under sections 25(9)/27 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned J.M, XXXII, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations are made against the petitioner of firing from licensee revolver and even the firing was said to be done on 28.01.2026 but the F.I.R has been lodged on 01.02.2026. He submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 7 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of firing are there. 5. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M, XXXII, Ranchi, in connection with Khelari P.S.
