This is an application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 whereby the petitioner, Aditya Gour has prayed for releasing him on bail after he was arrested on 13.05.2026 in connection with Kamalpur Police Case No. 35/2026 registered under Sections 319(2)/65(1)/351(2) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012. 3. The allegation against the petitioner for commission of offence under Section 4 of the POCSO Act. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was a juvenile even as on the date of lodging of the FIR. 4. Reference has been made to the School Certificate annexed as Annexure 1, wherein the date of birth of the petitioner is mentioned as 11.08.2008, whereas the date of FIR is 12.05.2026. 5. Thus situated, the petitioner shall file appropriate application before the concerned Court/Board to establish his juvenility. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may approach the competent Court and thereupon the Court shall proceed as per law. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
