When the matter was taken up before this Court on 08.05.2026, Mr. Ilyas Nazir Laway, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, sought and was granted two days’ time to report instructions in the matter with regard to the averments made in the petition. 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr. Ilyas Nazir Laway, learned Government Advocate, submitted before this Court that e- NIT No. 07 of 04/2026-27 dated 18.04.2026, insofar as it pertains to Serial Nos. 1 and 2, issued vide endorsement No. XEN/R&B/PDIII/2026/2785- 95/T-1 dated 18.04.2026, which is the subject matter of the present petition, stands cancelled on account of technical reasons. A copy of the cancellation order produced by learned Government Advocate is taken on record. 3. Confronted with the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid cancellation order in accordance with law. 4.
