Learned counsel for the petitioners, in all fairness, admits that the case is still at the investigation stage and one of the petitioners is already on anticipatory bail. He, however, submits that quashing is being sought as the transaction in question is purely civil in nature and there is no criminality involved. 3. Learned Addl.
