Page No.# 3/3 connected writ petition being WP(C)/1268/2026. 2. Also heard Shri BD Deka, learned counsel for the opposite party / writ petitioner. 3. The challenge in the writ petition is connected to an e-auction notice dated
12.02.2026. The applicant has submitted that it has participated in the said tender process and are vitally interested in the adjudication of the present writ petition. 4. On the other hand, Shri Deka, learned counsel for the opposite party / writ petitioner has submitted that the applicant may not have any say in the adjudication process which is against the decision making process. 5. Be that as it may, this Court is of the view that the outcome of the writ petition may have impact on the rights of the applicant and therefore, is entitled to have an opportunity in the decision making process of this Court in the connected writ petition. 6.
In view of the above, the I.A. stands allowed and the applicant named below, be impleaded as the respondent no. 9 in the connected writ petition:
“M/s Bhartia Infra Projects Limited A company incorporated under the Companies Act, having its office at 201, Royal Arcade, 2nd Floor, Dr. B. Baruah Road, Ulubari, Guwahati 781 007, Assam represented by its Authorised Signatory, Shri Avinash Bhartia Son of Sri Pawan Bhartia.”
