Learned counsel for the appellant submits that although an application for temporary injunction was filed before the trial Court, due to a typographical error, the word “permanent” was inadvertently mentioned in place of “temporary”. This error was brought to the notice of the learned trial Court; however, the application was rejected without considering the same. Learned counsel for the appellant therefore seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to approach the trial Court by filing an appropriate application. 2.
