The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 107 of 2025, registered under sections 316(2), 318(4), 61(2) of the BNS, pending in the Court of learned J.M. XXVI, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to be witness to the agreement entered into between the informant and co-accused Abdulah Ansari and Tauddin Ansari. He next submits that petitioner is not named in F.I.R and his name has transpired in the investigation and it is stated that petitioner has received Rs. 1,40,000/-. He next submits that petitioner has returned Rs. 1,00,000/- to the informant and for rest of the amount settlement is going on between the petitioner and informant. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of selling land on the forged document. 5. Learned counsel for the informant submits that informant has received Rs. 1,00,000/- and compromise is going on. ( 2026:JHHC:14890 ) 5. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. XXVI, Ranchi, in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 107 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.14.05.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
