Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance raised by petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to his posting to some other school under the rationalization scheme against which he has already submitted representation before the Divisional Level Committee, which is pending consideration, therefore, a direction be issued to the Divisional Level Committee to take decision on petitioner’s representation at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that if claim of petitioner is with regard to decision on his representation, he is having no objection to such limited prayer. 4. Heard learned counsel for parties and perused documents available in record of writ petition. 3 5. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the Divisional Level Committee to take decision on petitioner’s pending representation (Annexure P-5 to writ petition) in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
