Today, the parties are not present. Learned counsel for the petitioners expressed his inability to produce the parties. Since the present petition has been filed based on the compromise, however, the parties are not turning up before the Court to affirm the compromise as to whether the matter has been reconciled between the parties or not. 2
In view of above, the present petition cannot be allowed and the same is dismissed in absence of the parties.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
