This application has been filed praying for correcting typographical errors appearing in the order dated 10.03.2026 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.316/2026. 3. In paragraphs 2 and 9 of the said order, Sessions Case No.90(DM)/2019 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Darrang, Mangaldai, Assam has been wrongly mentioned. 4. Mr. Das submits that it should have been “Sessions Case No.90(DM)/2017” pending in the court of learned “Sessions Judge, Darrang, Mangaldai, Assam”. 5. The errors stands corrected accordingly. This order shall form a part of the order dated 10.03.2026 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.316/2026. 6. The applicant Md. Mohibul Hoque is allowed 10(ten) days more time from today to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Darrang, Mangaldai. The Interlocutory Application is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
