The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/ writs, order/ orders, relief/ reliefs and direct the 2 / 2 respondents to forthwith consider and decide the representations dated 12.01.2026 and 25.02.2026 within a fixed time frame. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased tofurther direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for release of salary for the period June 2025 to December 2025, in accordance with settled legal principles. 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other writ/ writs, order/ orders, relief/ reliefs in favor of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner aggrieved with the non-payment of the salary from June 2025 to December 2025 had submitted representation before respondent No. 4, which till date is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to the respondent No. 4 to consider and take decision on the representation, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Counsel for the State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No. 4 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
