Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State respondents. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, by the applicants, namely, 1. Shalim Ahmed @ Selim Ahmed, 2. Abdul Mazid, 3. Sadikur Jaman @ Sadikuj Jaman, 4. Sahidul Haque @ Shahidul Hoque, 5. Rezaul Karim @ Rezaul Hoque, 6. Manirul Haque, 7. Saminul Haque, 8. Fazial Haque @ Bozial Haque, and 9. Rahul Alom, praying for grant of pre- arrest bail in connection with Lakhipur Police Station Case No. 53/2026, registered under Sections 189(4)/117(2)/109 of the BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge-sheet in the meantime has been submitted on 31.05.2026 vide Charge-sheet No. 82/2026, in connection with Lakhipur Police Station Case No. 53/2026. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and considering the fact that the charge-sheet has already been submitted, the present anticipatory bail application stands closed. 5. However, the applicant is granted liberty to appear before the learned Page No.# 3/3 jurisdictional Court within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. 6. In the event such an application is filed, the learned jurisdictional court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. 7. The interim order dated 18.05.2026 shall continue for the next 15 (fifteen) days from the date of this order or till the appearance of the applicant before the learned jurisdictional Court, whichever is earlier. 8. The anticipatory bail application, accordingly, stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
