Das, learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 for granting pre- Page No.# 2/2 arrest bail to the accused applicant, namely, Akiful Islam in connection with Dhubri P.S. Case No. 38/2026 registered under Sections 305/331(3) of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide C.S. No. 113/2026 dated 22.04.2026. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant submits that liberty should be granted to him to approach the Jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. 5. A coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 16.03.2026 has granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant. 6. Taking into account the aforesaid, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of with a liberty to the accused applicant to approach the Jurisdictional Court, if so advised. 7. Till his appearance before the jurisdictional Court within a period of 15 days, the interim pre-arrest bail order dated 16.03.2026 stands extended. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
