Learned counsel for the complainant and the Additional SPP in unison would submit that the charges have been framed 3 years prior to the filing of the petition and the matter is at the fag end of the trial. 4. In that light, there is no warrant of interference at the hands of this Court in exercise of its jurisdiction under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 5.
