Page No.# 2/2 By way of this application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, the applicant, namely, Indrajit Singh, who was arrested on 03.07.2026 is seeking regular bail in connection with Bharalumukh Police Station Case No. 93/2026, registered under Sections 305(a) of the BNS, 2023. It is submitted by Mr. D P Goswami, learned APP that in the meantime charge- sheet has been submitted vide Charge-Sheet No. 103/2026 dated 21.07.2026. In view of the above, the instant bail application stands disposed of, by directing the applicant to approach the jurisdictional Court for his regular bail, if so advised. In the event of such bail application being filed by the applicant, the jurisdictional Court shall consider the same in accordance with law. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
