Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Vijay Prakash Mishra for the opposite party. In pursuance of earlier order, instructions have come, which are taken on record. On the strength of instructions, Mr. Vijay Prakash Mishra states that wrong allegation has been made that the account of the applicant has been freezed. He submits that account of the applicant was never freezed and transactions are regularly going on. He produces the statement of account w.e.f. 1.4.2026 to 8.10.2026. On perusal of the same, it shows that regular transactions are being undertaken by the applicant. In view of above, nothing survives in the present application. The present application is dismissed. Notice, if any, stands discharged. Let the contempt application be consigned to record.
