JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH O R D E R 17.08.2026 This is an application for impleadment of the parties, namely, (i) Kimnei Changsan, the District Commissioner, Baksa, Mushalpur, PIN- 781372; and (ii) Arup Kumar Choudhury, the Additional District Commissioner-cum-Nazarat Branch, Baksa, Mushalpur, PIN-781372, as Contemnors/Respondent Nos.4 & 5 respectively in the accompanying contempt proceedings. 2. Taking into account the grounds taken at Paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the application, it is the opinion of this Court that the Contemnor/Respondent Nos.4 & 5 are necessary parties for an effective adjudication of the accompanying contempt petition. 3. Accordingly, the Opposite Party Nos.4 & 5 are impleaded as Contemnor/Respondent Nos.4 & 5 in the accompanying contempt proceedings. Page No.# 3/3 4. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court within 7 (seven) days from today. The Registry, on the basis of the instant order as well as the fresh Memo of Parties, shall make the necessary corrections in the cause title of the accompanying contempt proceedings and update the same in the CIS. 5.
