THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO.2393 of 2019 ORDER: When the matter is taken up for consideration, Ms.Popuri Priyanvitha, learned counsel representing Smt.Akella Padma learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the learned counsel for the petitioner has got fracture on her leg and on the same ground, she requested to adjourn the matter before vacation. As it appears that learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the case, this Court is inclined to dismiss the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
