Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of the present bail application, the investigating agency has laid the charge-sheet before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shopian. He has further submitted that the co-accused has already been granted bail by the trial court. His statement is taken on record. 02. In view of the above, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the same court for grant of bail, having regard to the change in circumstances as indicated hereinabove. 03. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shopian, for grant of bail. 04. In case the petitioner approaches the court below, his application for grant of bail shall be considered and disposed of by the said court most expeditiously, preferably within a period of seven days from the date the petitioner approaches the said court.
