Learned senior counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to seek appropriate remedies before the learned Trial Court, particularly after filing on record the CCTV footage(s) in his possession, within a period of two weeks, as they were not filed earlier therein. 2. As such, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
