Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No. 20 of 2006, under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 191(2), 109(1), 125, 351(3) and 352 of B.N.S., P.S. Sikariganj, Distrtict-Gorakhpur, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to village factional politics. He next submitted that as per first information report general role of assault with lathi-danda and stones has been assigned to four named accused and two unidentified persons, including applicant. He further submitted that no specific role has been assigned to the applicant. He also submitted that no injury was caused by the applicant during alleged incident. He lastly submitted that the applicant, who is in jail since 18.12.2025 and has no criminal antecedents to his discredit is entitled to be enlarged on bail during pendency of the trial. 4. Per contra learned AGA opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that grievous injuries have been caused to the injured Ranvir Pratap Singh. A REDDISH CONTUSION OF SIZE 9 CM X 6 CM OVER LEFT LATERAL MALLEOLUS, X-RAY ADVISE. 11 No 5. Learned A.G.A. further submitted that as per C.T. Scan report, Brain - "Hyper attenuating blood densities are seen in right anterior frontal lobe region suggestive of haemorrhagic cerebral parenchymal contusion with hematoma. Parfalive subdural hemorrhage is also seen in anterior pelvic region." Bone window - "Fracture of the linear table left temporal bone is seen." Head injury as described above. As per X-ray report "fracture of tibia bone of right leg is seen." 5. Having considered the nature of the injuries sustained by the injured Ranvir Pratap Singh, this Court is not inclined to enlarged the applicant on bail, accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
