This bail application has been filed by the petitioner namely, Sabiruddin Rahman @ Tetera @ Ziaul, under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Page No.# 2/2 Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, for the grant of regular bail in connection with Jorhat P.S. Case No. 170/2026 under Sections 21 (b)/ 25/ 27A/ 29 of NDPS Act. 3. As per allegation intermediate quantity (12.82 gms) of suspected heroin was recovered from the house of the petitioner. 4. Investigation of the case is completed and charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioner has spent 66 days in custody, co-accused of the case was granted bail vide order dated 16.06.2025 in bail application number 1594/2026. 5. Having regard to the above, the prayer for bail is allowed 6. The petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Jorhat. 7.
