1 906-mca 651.2026.odt IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR M.C.A. NO. 651 OF 2026 (FOR REVIEW) IN WRIT PETITION NO. 2851 OF 2018 (D) ( THE SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT OF POST OFFICES, NAGPUR CITY DIVISION, NAGPUR AND OTHERS VS CHETAN S/O GAJANAN KUMBHARE AND OTHERS ) Office Notes, Office Memorandum of Coram, appearances, Court's orders or the directions, Court's or Judge's order and Registrar's orders. Mr. S.A.Chaudhari, Advocate for petitioners. Mr. P. S. Thakur and Mr. Sagar Rawate, Advocate for respondents. CORAM : ANIL S. KILOR AND RAJNISH R. VYAS, JJ. DATE : SEPTEMBER 29, 2026 1) The present review application is moved on the basis of subsequent events, which are otherwise not relevant to test the validity of the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, which was the subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition No.2851/2018. 2) The subsequent actions taken at the departmental level against the petitioner, and if such actions disentitle the petitioner to subsequent increments and declaration of his result in terms of Rule 24 of the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 2021, which relates to forfeiture of past service and upon a government servant's dismissal or removal from service, is a separate cause of action. But in any case it will not invalidate the judgment of the Central Administrative Tribunal, which we have upheld by the judgment dated 08/12/2025. 3) In that view of the matter, no ground is made out for review. Accordingly, the review application is rejected. ( RAJNISH R. VYAS, J. ) ( ANIL S.
