Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction quashing impugned Demand Notice bearing Ref Nor OR/ARB/BLR/967/2025-26 dated 14.01.2026 issued by the 1st Respondent under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 at Annexure – A in so far Petitioner is concerned ii. Declare that the classification of the Petitioner account as a Non-Performing Asset (NPA) on 19.06.2024 is illegal, arbitrary, and void ab-initio as it is a consequence of the Respondent Bank's illegal freezing of accounts previously set aside by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. No. 5777/2023 at Annexure-E in so far Petitioner is concerned. iii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents not to take any coercive steps against the Petitioner or the Schedule Property during the pendency of OA No. 1358/2024 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Bengaluru; at Annexure-B in so far Petitioner is concerned. iv.
