ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
“Wherefore, in the light of the facts and circumstances stated above, the Petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to: i. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction quashing impugned Demand Notice bearing Ref Nor OR/ARB/BLR/967/2025-26 dated 14.01.2026 issued by the 1st Respondent under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 at Annexure – A in so far Petitioner is concerned
ii. Declare that the classification of the Petitioner account as a Non-Performing Asset (NPA) on 19.06.2024 is illegal, arbitrary, and void ab-initio as it is a consequence of the Respondent Bank's illegal freezing of accounts previously set aside by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. No. 5777/2023 at Annexure-E in so far Petitioner is concerned.
iii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents not to take any coercive steps against the Petitioner or the Schedule Property during the pendency of OA No. 1358/2024 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Bengaluru; at Annexure-B in so far Petitioner is concerned.
iv. Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to avail the appropriate remedy.

3. Smt. Divya Purandar, learned counsel is permitted to file vakalath on behalf of the respondent within one week.
3. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy. ii. All pending I.As., in the petition shall stand closed.
