JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition petitioners seek the following reliefs: " a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, orders, directions. directing the respondents to enhance/restore the salary of the petitioners and pay arrears of salary from 02.04.2017 till date, as per the terms and conditions at Sl.No.2 of the appointment order dated 12.06.2014 and 29.06.2013, Annexures B and C. respectively and the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2024 and 11.03.2026. Annexures H and N respectively in lieu of the order dated 19-07-2023 passed in W.P.No.52470/2019, Annexure G: b) Any other reliefs as deemed fit by this Hon'ble court under the given circumstances." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for respondents No.1, 3 and 4 and learned counsel for respondent No.2. 3. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that the representations at Annexures-H and N submitted by the petitioners have not been considered by the respondents even till today and as such petitioners are before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Under these circumstances and rival submissions, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the concerned - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20572 WP No. 11499 of 2026 respondents to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision pursuant to the representations and Annexures-H and N submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law bearing in mind the orders at Annexures-B and C and the order passed by this Court in WP.No.52470/2019 dated 19.07.2023, W.A.No.746/2024 dated 20.11.2025 and S.L.P.(C).No.7532/2026 dated 27.02.2026 and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
