The petitioner prays that the awarded amount of Rs. 14,55,351/- which has been assessed as compensation in lieu of the acquisition of the land appertaining to Khata No. 42, Plot No. 181/4, area 0.112 acres acquired under the National Highways Act be disbursed to the petitioner. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits after receipt of the notice the petitioner appeared before the authorities and deposited all the documents but the respondents have not 2026:JHHC:14550 2 disbursed the amount to the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has also filed the representation before the authorities. 4. Considering the submission of the petitioner, I direct the District Land Acquisition Officer, Palamau-respondent no.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and ensure disbursement of the compensation amount to the awardees, if there are no other impediments. 5. If there are no other impediments and the petitioner is actual awardee, the amount should be disbursed within six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 6. If there is some legal impediment for which the awarded amount could not be disbursed to the petitioner, the reasons thereof should communicate be to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 7.
