Handique, learned counsel for the accused/applicants. Also heard Mr. P.S. Lahkar, learned APP for the State. 2. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for granting of regular bail to the accused/ applicants in connection with Ghograpar P.S. Case No. 44/2026, registered under Sections 61(2)(a)/ 126(2)/ 117(2)/ 109(1)/ 309(6)/ 62 of the BNS, 2023. 3. The allegations against the accused/ applicants are that while going by the national highway the accused/ applicants confronted the informant and assaulted him brutally. 4. The learned APP has submitted that charge-sheet in the instant case has been filed vide C.S. No.58/26 dated 25.07.2026. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission, the learned counsel for the accused/ applicants submits that they should be allowed to appear before the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. 6. In view of the aforesaid, the instant bail application is disposed of with Page No.# 3/3 liberty to the accused/ applicants to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief, if so advised.
