Roy, Advocate For the Respondents : Mr. Ashwini Bhushan, AC to Sr.SC-II 02/ 14.05.2026: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Though the petitioners have made several prayers in this writ application. The learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the respondent No.2-Indian Nursing Council to consider the representation of the petitioners as the petitioners have already removed all the discrepancies and deficiencies pointed out by the council. 3. It is their case that once the discrepancies are removed, the Indian Nursing Council should reconsider their decision after making an inspection and grant the necessary suitability certificate to the petitioners. 4. Considering this limited prayer made by the petitioners, I direct the petitioners to file a representation before the respondent No.2 within a period of three weeks from today annexing all the documents to suggest that there no impediment in granting the suitability certificates to the petitioner- institution. 5. Once the representation is filed, it will be open to the respondent No.2 to inspect the institution of the petitioners afresh and if it is found that there are no impediments and there is no deficiencies in the institution, the respondents will issue the suitability certificate to the petitioners. 6. If it is found that the petitioners have not removed the deficiencies and one or the other deficiencies still remains, those deficiencies will be highlighted and the petitioners will be asked to remove the same. 7. It is expected that the entire process should be concluded within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 8.
