Heard Ms. S. G. Baruah, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks for impleadment of Sri. Diganta Bora, IPS, who is the Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Home Department and Sri Bibekananda Das, Senior Superintendant of Police, Nalbari as the respondent Nos. 4 and 5. She submits that the two persons are the new incumbents holding the said posts and therefore, the impleadment is necessary for effective compliance of the Court’s direction. Mr. D. J. Boro, learned counsel appears for the respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and submits that he has no objection to the prayer. In view of above, the application seeking impleadment of the parties concerned is hereby allowed. I.A. stands disposed of.
