JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:- “i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to pay a sum of Rs.60,36,816/- along with interest @ 12% on all the amounts due from June 2021 and also the interest on delayed amount of Rs.68,00,557/- already paid to the petitioner. ii) Issue a Mandamus to the Respondent no.2 to consider the representations filed by the Petitioner on 20.01.2026, 21.02.2026 and 02.03.2026 and settle the pending retiremental benefits expeditiously without any further delay as per Annexure – C, C1 and C2; iii) Further directions to the Respondents to fix the retirement pension permanently and a direction to consider the calculations in the form of a statement of calculation as per the BBMP Authority for pensionary benefits and to settled the entire retirement benefits as per Annexure-B; and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17600 WP No. 8933 of 2026 iv) Issue any appropriate writ or order or direction that this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 20.01.2026, 21.02.2026 and 02.03.2026 at Annexures-C, C1 and C2 respectively submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17600 WP No. 8933 of 2026 representations dated 20.01.2026, 21.02.2026 and 02.03.2026 at Annexures-C, C1 and C2 respectively and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
