The grievance of the petitioner, who is a practicing Advocate, is that he has been overcharged by the parking contractor. 3. On 12th July, 2026, the petitioner was charged a sum of ₹100/- for approximately one (1) hour of parking which is far in excess of the permissible rates. 4. The present petition is disposed of by directing that the petition be treated as a complaint by the petitioner to the respondent/MCD. This is a digitally signed order.
