Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue the direction to the respondents to make the payment of the petitioner within stipulated period as may be granted by this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 Any other relief may also be granted in favours of the petitioner as may deem fit by the Hon’ble Court as per the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is holding the post of Lecturer Panchayat (LB). Petitioner after submitting the leave application on medical ground has went for leave and thereafter when she returned back after the said period petitioner was permitted to join services, however salary due was not disbursed in her account. Being aggrieved, petitioner submitted multiple representation before Principle as also the respondent no. 4, however till date no decision has been taken. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that as petitioner has already submitted representation, it will be considered in accordance with law. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without entering into the merits of the case the writ petition at this stage is disposed of, permitting petitioner to submit fresh representation before respondent no. 4 and 6 and if such a representation is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner in 3 / 3 accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of the order. 5.
