Therefore, on 28.09.2026, the matter is directed to be listed on 30.09.2026 under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even though the matter is posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’, today also there is no representation for the petitioner. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. 3. The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s representations dated 20.11.2008, 20.04.2009, 14.02.2010 and 26.12.2015 for temporarily disconnecting the Service Connection of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner’s building is in dilapidated condition as illegal and arbitrary. 4. It is observed that the subject disconnection was took place long back and nearly a decade was lapsed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication and no further orders are necessary. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
