Thus, feeling aggrieved by his transfer, petitioner filed this writ petition. 4. As per the affidavit filed in the writ petition, petitioner was 59 years of age at the time of filing of the writ petition. The writ petition was filed in 2024. Nearly two years have gone by now. 5. Learned State Counsel points out that after filing of the writ petition, order of transfer passed against petitioner was cancelled on 25.10.2024. 6. In view of the subsequent developments, the relief as claimed in the writ petition do not survive. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
