Learned State Counsel points out that after filing of the writ petition, order of transfer passed against petitioner was cancelled on 25.10.2024. 6. In view of the subsequent developments, the relief as claimed in the writ petition do not survive. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
