In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Court to dispose of the Misc. Case being No.14 of 2024 as well as the Matrimonial Suit No.1859 of 2023 pending before it as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit. 5.
