The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Devipur P.S. Case No.152 of 2025, for offence registered under sections 274, 275, 292 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 47(a), 47(e) of the Excise Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is the owner of Bolero pick-up van and the allegations are made of carrying the liquor in the said pick-up van. He next submits that in the said van, liquor was booked by other person and the petitioner was not knowing that liquor was booked legally or not. He also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para-13 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that from the said vehicle, liquor has been recovered. 5. Considering that the petitioner is the owner of the said vehicle, --2-- and it has been pointed out that said liquor has been booked by another person and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Deoghar, in connection with Devipur P.S.
