Baruah, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. C. Sarma, learned standing counsel, NC Hills (Education) Department, appearing for the respondents. The present interlocutory application has been instituted by the applicants praying for deletion of the names of petitioner Nos. 3, 4 and 10 in the connected writ petition Page No.# 3/3 being W.P.(C) No. 4900/2024. This Court has perused the contentions raised in the present interlocutory application and finds that the deletion is prayed on account of personal reasons of the said petitioners. The prayer made by the applicant in the present matter is not objected to by Mr. C. Sarma, learned standing counsel, NC Hills (Education). In view of the above position, the prayer made in the interlocutory application for deletion of the names of the petitioner Nos. 3, 4 and 10 in the connected writ petition being W.P.(C) No. 4900/2024 stands allowed. The names of the petitioner Nos. 3, 4 and 10 be deleted from the array of petitioners in the said writ petition.
