This petition under Section 482 BNSS praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely Bhayangkar Mandal and Pranita Bala Sarkar in connection with Barpeta P.S. Case No. 237/2026 registered u/s Page No.# 2/2 329(3)/329(4)/117(2) /118(2)/109(1)/74/76/3(5) of BNS. In view of the progress of investigation and the materials reveal therein, I am not of the opinion that the petitioner can be granted the privilege of pre- arrest bail at this stage.
