This review petition has been filed seeking review/recall of order dated 18.02.2026 passed in WPC No.721/2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an agriculturist and co-owner of agricultural land admeasuring a total area of 11.6680 hectare, along with other family members, out of which, the petitioner holds 1/3rd share. He further submits that in the previous year, the petitioner and his brothers had sold 380.80 quintal paddy at the concerned paddy procurement centre, but this year, the petitioner has not been issued token for the sale of paddy by respondent No.6, due to which, he has been deprived of selling the paddy harvested from his land. Hence, the petitioner has filed WPC No.721/2026 before this Court seeking direction to respondents Authorities for inspection of petitioner's paddy and quashing of false illegal report submitted by the concerned Patwari so that the petitioner may sale his paddy. However, the said writ petition was dismissed by this Court as the petitioner could not file the documents to demonstrate the fact that he registered himself in Kisan Portal for the relevant year. 3. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is a poor villager and due to inadvertence he could not inform the counsel about his registration in Kisan Portal though at the relevant time he was having registration certificate in Kisan Portal and he has provided the documents later. Hence, the order dated 18.02.2026 passed in aforesaid writ petition may be recalled and appropriate order may by passed. 4. On the other hand, learned State would oppose the aforesaid contention. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 6. Perusal of order dated 18.02.2026 passed by this Court in WPC No.721/2026 would show that, said writ petition was dismissed because the petitioner has 3 not filed any document to demonstrate the fact that he has registered himself in Kisan Portal, but now the petitioner has filed document of registration (Annexure-R/2) which shows that he is having total 11.6680 hectares of land, out of which, area of paddy is 10.4580 hectares. Furthermore, the petitioner is a farmer and resident of village. 7. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to allow the instant review petition. Consequently, order dated 18.02.2026 passed in WPC No.721/2026 is hereby recalled. Registry shall restored the writ petition to its original number and list the case thereafter for hearing. 8.
