The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Satgawan PS Case No.13 of 2024, for offence registered under section 419, 420 of IPC and section 66 (C)(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in court of learned JMFC, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that falsely the petitioner has been implicated in this case and even the petitioner is not named in the FIR and subsequently in the investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced. He next submits that the main allegation is against one Suraj Kumar who has faced the trial and acquitted. He then submits that only allegation is made that the petitioner has once gone to the house of Suraj Kumar. He next submits that said Suraj Kumar has committed cyber crime and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.7 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that 2026:JHHC:15050 2 allegation is there of cyber crime. 5. Considering that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the petitioner has not committed the crime and the petitioner has only gone to the house of said Suraj Kumar who is the main accused, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the present case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Koderma, in connection with Satgawan PS Case No.13 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
