After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the consideration as guaranteed under the contract has not been paid to the petitioner till date and that the petitioner is suffering from serious financial hardships. It is further submitted that the present matter pertains to contractual dispute. In this regard, the petitioner filed a representation before the competent authority on 16.03.2026 (Annexure-28). It is further submitted that some additional points [2026:RJ-JP:13500] (2 of 2) [CW-5957/2026] be also required to be added in the said representation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that instant petition can be disposed of with the liberty to file a representation within a period of seven days in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024) and Circular issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq-&1@2012). 2. Heard. 3. This Court directs the petitioner to file a representation encompassing all the relevant details within a period of three days of date of passing this order before the respondent No. 4- Superintendent Engineer, Public Works Department, Electric Circle- II, Jaipur, who is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide the same within upper limit of 15 days from the date of filing of such representation, strictly in accordance with law, as per the ratio encapsulated in Pawan Meena (supra) and Circular dated 19.02.2024 (supra). 4.
