Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of NDPS Case No.20/2023 pending in the court of the learned Special Judge, Nalbari. Page No.# 2/2 3. The petitioner Majnur Ali is facing trial before the court below. On 21.05.2025 and 01.08.2025, he was absent without any steps and therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant of Arrest was issued against him, whereupon he was arrested and remanded to custody. 4. The petitioner has shown the cause for his absence on those two dates. 5. Under the given circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the present petitioner deserves to be released on bail. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner Majnur Ali shall be released fresh bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Nalbari.
