ORDER 19.08.2026 Heard Mr. S. Das, learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant and Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Addl. PP for the State of Assam.
2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant in connection with Tamarhat P.S. Case No.36/2026 registered under Sections 74/296/118(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023.
3. Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Addl. PP submits that charge sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide charge sheet No. 60/2026 dated 30.07.2026.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant contends that liberty should be granted to him to appear before the jurisdictional Trial Court.
5. It is seen that vide order dated 20.07.2026, a coordinate bench of this Court has granted pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant.
6. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands
disposed of with a liberty granted to the accused applicant to appear before the jurisdictional Trial Court within a period 15 days from today, if so advised and till such appearance, the interim pre-arrest bail order dated 20.07.2026 shall stand extended.
