Vashistha, Advocate ---- 02/11.05.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No.380 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 190, 191(1), 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 125, 109, 324(5), 333, 351 and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that while treatment was going on in Asharfi Hospital, Dhanbad the family member of these petitioners has died. He further submits that allegations are made that petitioners along with 60 to 70 unknown persons were making hooliganism in the hospital. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be 2026:JHHC:14267 --2-- A.B.A. No. 2386 of 2026 provided. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of making hooliganism in the said hospital. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and there are named and 60 to 70 unknown persons and the said altercation took place due to death of family member of these petitioners, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad P.S.
