From the record, we find that out of plot no. 877, 0.0384 hectares were acquired. This comes to 384 square meters. Where exactly this plot is situated is not discernible. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that when he had moved some applications for compensation etc. it was held by the prescribed authority i.e. the Additional District Magistsrate (F&R), Muzaffarnagar that, in fact, the plot no. 877/2 (new no. 1504) has never been acquired. 4. If that is the case, the petitioner who claims to be the owner of plot no. 877/2 may get his plot demarcated and get it separated from the remaining land of plot no. 877. 5.
